Hi, I'm Jessica. I jumped into the spiritual world after completing my degrees in psychology and business administration. As a certified life coach, herbalist, and singing sound bowl healer, I love helping women heal their bodies naturally. I have spent the last 6 years diving deep into natural health to heal my own issues with endometriosis and gut health, as well as trauma.
