Hi, I'm Jessica. I jumped into the spiritual world after completing my degrees in psychology and business administration.

As a certified life coach, herbalist, and singing sound bowl practitioner, I love helping others support their bodies naturally. I have spent the last 7 years diving deep into natural health to support my own issues with endometriosis and gut health, as well as trauma.

I believe that true wellness starts with natural, noninvasive solutions that honor the body's innate ability to heal. My goal is to provide holistic support to clients seeking relief from physical discomfort, emotional stress, and everyday challenges—all through the gentle yet powerful practice of Auriculotherapy and Sound therapy.
